Komen SF Race for the Cure Fundraising

If you are participating in the Race and want to raise funds offline, please download our fundraiser form. For credit toward earning the fundraiser prizes, all forms must include the participant's first and last name and, if applicable, the team name and number. To be eligible for prizes, all donations must be received by November 1, 2008. Donations may be submitted online, by mail, or in-person.

Fundraiser Prize Levels

$5000 or more: $500 Sports Basement Gift Certificate
$2500-$4999: Camping tent or Sports Basement Gift Card of same value ($250)
$1250-$2499: $100 Sports Basement Gift Certificate
$500-$1249: Mountainsmith Tour Bag
$350-$499: Kinesys Sunscreen and Water Bottle

Prizes or instructions on how to obtain prizes will be sent to fundraising prize winners after November 1, 2008. Prizes are not cumulative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. All prizes are subject to state and federal taxes. Prize recipients are responsible for taxes.
