This year marked the 19th year of our local event, the Komen SF Race for the Cure®, along the beautiful Embarcadero in San Francisco. Last year, participants generated more than $1 million dollars for the SF Bay Area Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure®. That success enabled Komen SF to support 24 community-based organizations that provide breast health services to underserved women, and over $400,000 to Komen's National Award & Research Grant Program. With your help, we will be able to fund even more programs and research next year. Support the Komen SF Race for the Cure by November 1 by making a contribution or fundraising and make a difference!
